The civil unrest escalated into acts of defiance when law enforcement abruptly closed down several major transcription facilities, resulting in the obliteration of countless frozen androids owned by the general populace. A collective legal action initiated by human rights organizations was swiftly dismissed due to the authorities' influence over the judicial system. Meanwhile, various factions of citizens called for the recognition of "rights" for clones, arguing that they were being unjustly exploited as "passive victims" with their bodies and body parts appropriated, and sometimes even their lives. Certain fortunate clones unexpectedly inherited substantial wealth and assets from their origins, leading to deliberations on how to handle these newfound circumstances. Simultaneously, a separate committee embarked on discussions regarding the criteria for preventing the freezing and subsequent revival of androids.

EXT. NIGHT. A STREET IN THE CITY CENTER

A multitude of individuals, numbering in the thousands, sprint through the streets. Some carry torches, while others brandish poles and baseball bats. Scattered skirmishes erupt between them and isolated groups of law enforcement officers. Mobs of people encircle the police, launching merciless assaults upon them. In response, the officers fight back, charging towards the crowd with reinforced cavalry units. Gunfire echoes from all directions, and the brutal clubs of the police rain down devastating blows upon civilians. Police vehicles along the street become engulfed in flames. Meanwhile, storefronts are violently breached, and the blaring sirens assault people's ears. The houses at the intersection, situated at the street's far end, glow crimson as the fire spreads, resembling an insurmountable wall of flames (ZOOM IN).

The majority of the population during that period firmly believed that they should have the freedom to create duplicates as a form of backup, despite the widespread recognition that the world would soon become overwhelmed by a surplus of frozen clones.

EXT. NIGHT. at THE DOORWAY OF A SPACIOUS RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

An ambulance with its lights flashing; a scene of crime; detectives darting back and forth; two individuals dressed in green attire, belonging to the first aid team, carefully lift a stretcher from the entrance of the house and load it into the waiting ambulance.

Encounters between "sources" and their clones resulted in severe psychological traumas, leading to suicides and even murders. It became evident that the human psyche could not endure coexistence with an identical clone, as some initially attempted. As a temporary measure, strict prohibition of such meetings was enforced (brief pause). Nevertheless, all these events were merely the prelude, as will be revealed.
