Mati and the prophet, still embracing, continue to stand there for another long hour, illuminated by the tiny bulbs strung among the trees in the garden.
FADE OUT
Darkness.
Knocking on the door (voice over).
HELENA (VOICE OVER, in a drowsy voice)
Just a moment.
INT. NIGHT. HELENA'S APARTMENT
A small light turns on next to the double bed. Helena's apartment is small and modest, with one and a half rooms. The living room also serves as the bedroom, with a large TV next to the bed and a small entrance area with a small table and two chairs. Two worn-out armchairs, reminiscent of better days, are pushed towards the corner of the room near a bookshelf due to the fold-out bed.
The door creaks open slightly, limited by the latch. Mati stands in the doorway, looking miserable and ashamed.
HELENA
What a surprise! Come in!
She opens the latch and lets Mati in. He awkwardly sits on the chair in the entrance area, while Helena disappears for a moment towards the kitchen.
