DRIVER
Yes, boss. I'm on my way.
MATI
Thank you, all of you.
MAFIA LEADER
If you have any problems with anyone who's against the prophet, just let us know, and we'll help you. With the damn leftists, the extreme right-wingers, the crazy religious folks, with the lousy cops… anyone who has something against the prophet, they have to deal with me.
The leader pounds on his chest vigorously. He puts his hand into his shirt pocket and pulls out a business card for Mati. The luxurious car comes to a quiet stop on the peaceful street, facing Mati's modest apartment.
EXT. NIGHT. IN FRONT OF MATI'S HOUSE
Late at night, the windows of the apartments on the street are mostly dark, except for one streetlamp that struggles against the surrounding darkness, about twenty meters from Mati's front door. The door opens, and Mati steps out of the car, holding his walking stick. The window of the car opens, and the mafia leader's face peeks through.
