It seems that all of a sudden, the resentment of those who came to build the country against the oppression, exploitation, humiliation, and especially the exploitation to the extent of servitude by Israeli bosses, erupted.
Unified in their anger, the protesters overturned cars and set them on fire, looted shops, attacked innocent pedestrians passing by, and, above all, directed their anger toward the police forces that began clashing with them, firing gas grenades and rubber bullets. The ambassadors of Colombia and China lodged harsh complaints with the Foreign Ministry, demanding an investigation of what happened. The Police Commissioner, on his part, appointed an investigative committee to look into the circumstances.
The large group of foreign workers shouts loudly, incessantly brandishing their clubs and makeshift swords. Amid the protesters, behind the burned-out old car, a sign appears in sloppy Hebrew: "In Old Tel Aviv, we founded the State of the Oppressed". Behind the line of police officers, a number of policemen mounted on horseback, holding batons in their hands, are seen. A politician with a large mustache arrives at the scene. He approaches the reporter and forcefully takes the microphone from his hand.

The time has come for the rehabilitation of foreign workers in the country and the establishment of workers' committees. Their rights are being trampled here, and now even their personal security is being neglected.
