A news report that looks almost like a promotional video. A bluish sea and golden beaches. Waterfalls cascade into the ocean. On one side of the river, a sparse forest, and beyond, the savannah. Further inland, breathtaking waterfalls within pristine ancient landscapes. Beyond that, mountains and vast savannah expanses. A blonde girl in a white bikini leaps from a cliff into a stunning hotel pool with wild mountains in the background.

NEWS ANCHOR (VOICE OVER)

The company has undertaken to develop vast areas. The region is pristine and almost devoid of human presence.
