In Section 6 of the law, it is stated that a district psychiatrist is authorized to issue a written order for an urgent psychiatric examination if appropriate evidence is presented to him. (Brief pause). According to the chief psychiatrist of the Ministry of Health, at least some of these conditions were met, leading to the issuance of the order for his evaluation. There is no persecution here. We simply want to determine if he is fit or not.
