Uri and Kfir proceed as per procedure, putting the glasses in their desk drawers and getting up from their seats.
Akiva enters the institute’s entrance hall. Before he gets on the elevator, he peeks into the back entrance to the warehouse where there is a strange, heavy metal door blocking the doorway. He calls the elevator and takes it. The ancient landscape of the Negev is revealed to his eyes. The elevator opens and he emerges into the institute’s wide corridor. Lydia greets him as he exits the elevator, Kfir and Uri emerge from the laboratory into the corridor.
