Reish-Alef gets up and starts removing his clothes. Gimmel-Bet doesn't wait and quickly sheds her clothes as well. They sink onto Reish-Alef's narrow bed, hugging and kissing passionately. Their bodies glisten in the dim orange-black light, as they engage in their love-making and the candlelight softly illuminates them.

EXT. PEDALING FACILITY – NIGHT
Several riders are at the pedaling facility, cycling in the quiet of the night. A light rain starts to fall; tiny and unsettling droplets.
ANNOUNCER (VOICE OVER)
With the disappearance of the sun from the skies, due to the layer of dust and heavy sand that seized the stratosphere, darkness took over the land, leading to the destruction of all vegetation and creatures, including humans. All the futile attempts by humans to generate energy to sustain life proved futile.
