ANNOUNCER (SOFTLY, VOICE OVER)

It seems to him like he hears the flow of a stream somewhere in the background, but he pushes the thought away. Reish-Alef spends the night close to the mountain wall.

At the spot where he sits, the rain and wind do not reach him. He remains hungry, without food. Reish-Alef contemplates whether it's worth continuing his hasty journey in the dark or staying in this relatively sheltered place. The darkness doesn't allow him to check if his vision has improved or not.

Reish-Alef fall asleep sitting up, this time his sleep is good.

The train station is jammed with thousands of people. The lights of the lanterns in the station are on and a strong light is poured over the faces of the worried people. The people all carry suitcases or backpacks with them.

ANNOUNCER (OF THE TRAIN)

Immediately the southbound train will arrive at the station. I am asking the citizens don't be pushed. There is enough room for everyone. Keep your respect for each other.

An unknown person and his friend are standing next to Reish-Alef the child and his mother. Reish-Alef listens to the words of the unknown.
