SETTLER PATROL LEADER
Yes. Yes.
GATE COMMANDER
Okay, give me a few minutes, and I'll come down.
EXT. AT THE SHELTER, NEAR THE GATE – NIGHT
The convoy members, along with Yehuda, approach a sheltered seating area situated approximately twenty meters to the right of the gate and take their seats. In the center of this area, there's a sizable square metal table surrounded by benches. Within a few minutes, a small opening in the large gate swings open, allowing the gate commander to pass through, holding a sizable coffee pot and disposable cups. Right after he joins the convoy members, the gate securely shuts behind him. Positioned above the gate is a guard tower, where an individual keeps watch with a rifle aimed in the direction of the group. The gate commander then sets the coffee on the table, and the group promptly gathers around it.
GATE COMMANDER
Sorry, there's nothing to eat.
YEHUDA
No problem. The coffee you brought is good enough.
ONE OF THE SETTLERS
Hey, tell the guy in the tower not to be so nervous. We're not Palestinians or terrorists yet.
The gate commander signals to the tower above the gate with his hand to lower his weapon. The guard complies, lowering his weapon, which disappears from the window.
