YEHUDA
Did they see you and the motorcycle?
TAMAR
A police jeep passed by slowly, they didn't see me or the motorcycle because you placed it behind a fold in the ground. When the jeep made the turn, I ran and also entered the ditch.
YEHUDA
Good, but our time is running out.
Yehuda approaches the tunnel exit, heading out into the thorn field. A short distance from them, a Palestinian convoy stops. Security personnel with rifles and swords get out. Yehuda peeks through the thorns and sees that they won't be able to cross right now. He retreats back into the tunnel. Yehuda whispers to Tamar.
YEHUDA
We're trapped. We can't cross to the Palestinian side right now.
Tamar peeks through the tunnel from her side towards the Israeli forest.
TAMAR
Oh no! The jeep is coming back. I think they spotted the motorcycle.
An Israeli security officer checks the motorcycle lying a few meters inside the thicket, in the tangle of bushes. The jeep itself remains with an open door. Yehuda makes sure the gate from the Israeli side is back in place.
