INT. INSTITUTE SECRETARIAT – DAY
The institute is empty. Yechiel is standing in front of Naveh in front of the secretary’s office which looks deserted of people and equipment.
NAVEH
As you can see everyone was fired, including us. Strange to see everything was suddenly abandoned, these layoffs didn’t help anyone of us
Naveh sticks a thick bunch of keys in Yechiel’s hand.
NAVEH
Take it. This is another bundle for the Institute’s keys. I don’t report to anyone that you have such a bundle. if you decide to remain here, You’ll certainly need it. You have my phone if needed. Too bad you don’t have a car with you. No one will know you are remaining here.
YECHIEL
What do I need a car for? I am at the institute and only go out rarely. If a car is left in the parking lot, the Bedouins will destroy it and they will know that there is a person inside. It will only endanger me more if I have to leave the institute for any reason, one phone call to Lydia and she will come and pick it up me in two hours.
NAVEH
