We hereby submit an urgent query to the Prime Minister. In the last year, a mysterious institute was built in the distant Negev, on top of a bald Mount. The cost has risen close to 100 million NIS and the budgets there are only increasing. There is no orderly documentation of this, the Prime Minister’s decision to pass a budget for the construction of that mysterious institute while bypassing the Knesset and his own government, constitutes a clear and blatant violation of the Prime Minister and a breach of governance. The fact that a sweeping publication order was imposed on all activity involving the institute, makes it even more suspicious.

We are raising this issue because the significant budgetary implications involved in establishing the institute have not been examined by any entity within the Knesset responsible for overseeing government policy.
