YARON
I understand that you cannot reveal the activities taking place at the Institute. But what about its location? After all, there have already been partial leaks of the Institute’s location. I know that people stand by the gate leading to the Institute every day. So, publishing the Institute’s location is no longer really relevant.
REUVEN
I assume that the Institute’s location is no longer so critical. But I insist that the Institute’s activities remain under publication orders.
YARON
I ask you to reconsider your decision to refuse to revoke the publication orders. Israeli citizens are not little children who need to be waved around with publication bans!

No! The publication orders will remain in place. When the time comes to publish the institute, they will be revoked.
