INT. ON THE MOUNTAIN – DAY
Akiva and Kfir are riding in the big scooter, two more oxygen cylinders lying across the scooter on the back seats of the vehicle. They drive in the dark, a cloud of blue dust flying behind the scooter as it drives. The scooter’s wheels carve grooves in the virgin mountain bed. The scooter’s headlights illuminate the road. On the inner wall of the mountain, faint beams of light occasionally illuminate the purple-blue rings resembling snakeskin that line the mountain’s walls from the inside and serve to protect the mountain. The setting of the rings and the dark lighting creates the impression as if the rings are a kind of giant snakes that surround the mountain and move alongside the vehicle traveling alongside them. The sight is terrifying. After nearly half an hour of driving, they approach a kind of hill several meters high that is located alongside the outer wall. The entire hill is surrounded by transparent plastic material, a kind of greenhouse. Akiva stops the vehicle about twenty meters from the walls of the greenhouse. He leaves the scooter’s parking lights on. The strange hill is entirely inside the greenhouse and illuminates the blue-violet rings of the mountain’s interior with yellow shadows. They descend and walk toward the transparent greenhouse. A yellowish light illuminates their helmets, which reflect the blue-violet snake rings of the mountain together with the yellowish lights radiating from the hill. The setting is blood-curdling.
