Yechiel, who do you think maintains this whole mighty enterprise?

YECHIEL

I really don’t know.

After traveling for a few moments in the dark, their way is blocked by a human-like creature in a white dress like in ancient times (same as Gustave Dore’s Bible paintings). His eyes are burning with a red light. In the light of the scooter, the shadow of another mountain of bookcases is reflected. The creature signals them to stop and Yechiel stops the scooter About twenty meters away from him. Yechiel and Lydia remain sitting in silence and enormous tension.

THE CREATURE

Hello to you.

The creature’s voice is hoarse. His Hebrew accent is strange. Lydia comes to her senses first.

LYDIA

Hello to you too.

THE CREATURE

Dim the lights of your vehicle.

Yechiel adjusts the scooter’s lights to parking lights only.

THE CREATURE

That’s better. It disturbs our eyes.
