They lie on the top of the hill and look through binoculars. in front of them At a distance of about one hundred and fifty meters stands the flat mountain. A fence surrounds the mountain. At the entrance to the mountain there is a small parking lot with several cars, mostly vans. A trailer or two are at the foot of the mountain. An elevator leads to the top of the mountain, where the institute is located.<\/h3>\n
