EXT. CITY CENTER IN ONE OF INDONESIA'S CITIES – DAY<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n The city center is dark in the middle of the day, with dust and sand in the air. The few people walking the streets all wear masks on their faces. A television reporter stands on the main street corner. His back to the street,the camera shows the road. He speaks with a mask on his face.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n\n TV REPORTER<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n Attention, everyone. We are on the main street of one of <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>the towns near Kelimutu. It's not evening or night; it's <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>noon, and the city is dark due to the volcanic eruption. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>The air here is hazy. The ground is covered with a layer <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>of volcanic ash. The two lakes that were at the foot of <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>the volcano and served as a global tourist attraction <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>have disappeared with the volcano's strong eruption.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n\n The camera continues to capture the darkened city. Very little movement on the street for this hour.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n\n INT. EVENING.
