INT. NIGHT. THE NURSES’ ROOM IN ABARBANEL PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL.

Mati Cohen, the head nurse of the night shift at the hospital, reads the medical record of the new patient. A small passport photo of Yoram with a beard sticks out of the pages, secured with a large clip. Mati contemplates his new patient seriously. He is a broad and large man, clumsy, quiet, but physically very strong. He is tough in his behavior, but is also fair to patients and co-workers. His expression is not particularly impressive or intelligent, and he has a deep, resonating voice. He doesn't have many friends and is a lonely man who never started a family. A female nurse sits behind him, drinking coffee. A male nurse enters and addresses Mati.

MALE NURSE

Everyone is quiet. Our prophet doesn’t make a sound.

MATI

Has he said anything since he was brought in here today?

MALE NURSE

No, he remains silent and absorbed in himself all the time.

Mati puts the patient's medical record back in the stack of other patients' files. The male nurse makes herself coffee in the background and sits close to the female nurse. Too close. She giggles, and he reaches for her shoulders and tries to kiss her. She giggles and gently pushes him away.

INT. NIGHT.
