CUT & PASTE will develop the area by constructing hotels in harmony with nature, building a modern airport for the region, and establishing a massive industrial park that will concentrate most of the company's activities. A communal settlement will be established to accommodate the families of the company's employees. This is a unique and groundbreaking experiment in relocating an entire commercial company, its employees, and their families to an entirely new environment. The company will receive a full income tax exemption for 15 years, and an additional 15 years of minimal tax, in addition to generous personal grants of tens of thousands of dollars to the employees on behalf of the Australian government. The company, on its part, will benefit from developing the area and attracting highly qualified human resources to the country. It is worth mentioning that the employees will be granted Australian citizenship.

INT. DAY.
